• Keep your receipt for warranty purposes. Warranties are anywhere from one year to ten years depending on the product you purchased.
  • For any warranty or problems with any product we sell you, contact our office by email or phone. We will be happy to help you to troubleshoot before an item is sent back.
  • Parts such as brush rollers, belts and filters are wearable parts and are not covered under any manufacturers warranty. These are normal maintenance items. If you experience a burning smell it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a motor problem. It could simply be you need to clean the brush roller from hair or debris, or change belts, bags or filters. We will be more than happy to provide you with information to help fix the problem. If it is deemed to be a defective part that is under warranty, we will provide a PO number for the return shipment.
