I had a problem with my vacuum hose & handle and dropped the hose & head off this morning. It was repaired at no charge the same same day.(loose wire).I purchased my central vacuum system January 21 2011 and am still using it today. Some wearable parts had to be repaired over the years but it is a very high quality unit. Some of these parts had been repaired at no charge to me. This company has always treated me fairly over the years and that is way I always return to them. Thank you very much for your service.

I had never seen a vacuum this good before. Thank you so much for delivering the best product out there. I love how quiet it is. I love the slim design of it. Most of all love the head and hose that came with it. It’s German brand works the same way as my lawnmower, rolls fast and the suction is extremely good. I owned many vacuums ( electalux, Dyson ) no one is as close as this Canadian made system. I was very satisfied with the well and beyond support that I received from this company all the way until it was assembled. They sent me step by step pictures and Videos in my e mail. It felt like I was a VIP customer. Keep up the good work.

Highly recommend. Joe came to my home to service my beam vacuum and correct an issue from another beam dealer in Markham. He realized I had been duped into buying a new unit by this other dealer as all that was required was a proper unclogging. He put me into direct contact with the Beam representative who ensured this was resolved promptly and without issue. I cant say enough about Joe and his service- honest, trustworthy and incredible customer service. I will only deal with Vacmaster and Joe going forward. Thanks Joe

I highly recommend Vacmaster if you're looking for a handheld or central vacuum. I bought my SEBO canister vacuum from them and got free shipping and a quality product. You really feel the German engineering that went into it, and it works well on carpets and floors alike. I visited Vacmaster to ask some questions about central vacuum. Joe took the time to explain about the different motors on the market. I have my central vacuum for the past 10 years and was having some issues. He came over the same day and did a quick diagnoses. He advised me that the motor was fine and I only needed a new power hose and its accessories. He recommended the Eureka brand to be the best and worth the money. I am quite happy and impressed with their professional service and would highly recommend making your purchase at this shop.

Service was quick and thorough. Joe came to personally install the new unit in our garage, which replaced an old Beam unit that fried on us after 13 years. He completed the install quickly and tested the unit from inside. He even fixed one of our central vac outlets that was faulty! Fantastic and friendly service! Highly recommended. 🙂

Bought a Cana-Vac Vac System 7 years ago, Works like a charm even though we always have a bagful of dog hair during every change-out. Just bought bags on-line and a couple of days later they were delivered. Joe and Karen bring a very personal touch that is lacking in so many other retail operations. They really inspire confidence based on real knowledge and wanting to raise the bar on a productive experience. Very different than most places I go where questions are answered by a clerk reading the package, versus KNOWING their products and providing solutions that might go beyond the original question. In my options, a professional customer service is willing to work with customers to help to solve problems. Recently, the rocker switch of my Canavac power unit was broken. I tried to make online order from the switch manufacturer but they don't have stock and estimated the production need time 12 weeks long ! therefore I dropped stop to some local system shops and asked for helping to get this switch but nobody want to deal with this $ business . Fortunately, I got Vasmaster and emailed to them about my system problem. I got fast respond from Karen and she told me they don't carry this product but the service gentleman (Joe) will help to look for it at recycling stuffs. He found it and asked me to come to get it for free of charge ! Therefore I wrote this testimony to express my appreciation of their service .Alvin

We recently brought our vacuum hose and wand in for service. Joe was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and had the parts in stock to complete the repair work on the spot for us since we had to drive close to an hour to get to the shop. He was very knowledgable and professional in providing us with tips to avoid future issues with the electrical components. We did some testing after we got home and everything worked perfectly. All of these were after we went to a different company and was told that the hose cannot be repaired and we would need to get a new replacement. This is the place that you can definitely get the most honest advice and service for any vacuum needs.

I would like to take a moment to review the services provided by the Vacmaster company. I have been a customer since 2017 when I purchased Vacmaster's Canavac central vacuum system with installation service, after having shopped around for some time.My first contact with Vacmaster was when I had emailed them with my many questions I had about their products and services, along with follow up questions. Each time I received a response, it was no later than a 24 hour period. What really surprised me was the long length of their responses and the technical knowledgeability of certain things such as operational use, product specificity, etc., which one would assume only a seasoned technician would know.In my experience, I have not dealt with a more courteous, professional and knowledgeable company. They were also very honest people and would recommend only the best for my situation. For example, I had initially wanted to purchase their retractable hosing system, which is a relatively expensive system. However, Vacmaster advised that If go that route, I would require multiple systems due to the size of my home and that the regular hosing system (less expensive as well) would be more ideal. They also did not up sell their most high end vacuum with German package, although that is what I had ended up choosing after inquiring about it. I found also that Vacmaster, when compared to other Canadian Vacuum companies, had the best prices for central vacuums as well as for the fee to install them.The people I dealt with from their company are also generous and accommodating. They had sent their best installer upon my request, who is also very knowledgeable. The installer even took the time afterwards to turn ON the vacuum on my carpet to show me how exactly the central vacuum worked with its attachments, along with how to change the filter bags. He made sure that I was well set and comfortable with how everything worked before he had left.More recently, I had a technical problem with the hose and needed to visit the store for them to have a look. Vacmaster had resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. I had also placed an order from their online store, which was well stocked with the items I had ordered. In addition to that, I had inquired about a lightweight extension attachment that they did not advertise on their website, nor carry in store. The staff then looked into getting that part for me and had actually made special ordering the part possible.Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly unparalleled. It makes me confident again in the existence of honest and reliable business companies, which is rare to find these days.

I had a problem with my central vacuum hose and powerhead. When I called the store, the person on the phone told me to bring it in for a free estimate. He said even if I did need a new one, it was only going to cost $400 for a top of the line German powerhead, hose and attachment kit, or I could get a cheaper set for $300. When I brought it in, it was diagnosed quickly and I was able to pick it up the next day. The service person only needed to change a small part in the hose handle. $60 repair as opposed to having to buy a new one. It’s great to see that there are still honest small businesses out there. Now I’m referring all my friends here.

I got referred to Vacmaster through a friend of mine. I went there with two of my vacuums. One a stand upright Hoover and the other a Tristar canister. Joe assessed the issues and resolved them right away. Both Karen and Joe are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Getting your vacuums serviced here you definitely will not be disappointed. I found this company while looking for a Canavac central vacuum. Their online prices were better than anywhere else online. When I contacted them, I was pleasantly surprised by how comprehensive their answers were (via email). Rather than just trying to sell an additional unit, I actually felt like they wanted to sell me what was right specifically for me. Ordering online was simple, the installation was set up via email, and it really was that easy. On the day of the installation, I received a call prior to Steve (the installer) arriving. Nice touch when you are given a 3 hour window. Installation was simple; Steve is easy to talk to, happy to answer questions, and performs very neat installations. What really made me write this review is this...there was a small error made that in the grand scheme of things wasn't all that important, but I notified them of it nonetheless. I made it clear I wasn't looking for money back, or any "freebies", but they absolutely insisted that I accept additional central vacuum tools (via courier) as a gesture of goodwill. They didn't need to do this, but they did. To me, that tells me that they take pride in their reputation, and that they take customer satisfaction seriously. That attitude is getting more and more rare these days. They deserve credit for it. Great prices and even better advice and service. Highly recommended.

Had to bring in my hose and powerhead to VacMaster recently, as I had a problem with the circuitry. What I really liked about Joe & Karen is that the service was fast and relatively inexpensive. Joe quickly diagnosed the issue and it was a small part that didn't cost a lot. Joe replaced it as he had the part in stock. He also took the time to educate me so that I can get maximum performance and life out of my unit. I know he cares about his customers and takes the time to explain the equipment. Just purchased a Canavac XLS970 from Vacmaster and we absolutely love it. The system surpassed my expectations. Joe was fantastic and Steve the installer was professional and does excellent work. This is our second central vac system from Vacmaster and we will be back for another if we move again.
